Return Policy Please note that custom orders and personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a mistake in the embroidery, silk-screening, engravery or applique that is the fault of CustomJack.com, LTD. If you receive a non-personalized item that you do not like, you may return it within 10 days in its original condition and we will mail you a store credit that you may use toward the purchase of another item. You must contact us for a return authorization number. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for any returned item(s).
Shipping We ship via UPS ground (or Federal Express if you have an account number that you want billed). Shipping estimates will be given at order processing. Rush orders can be shipped next day or second day air for an additional charge. We ship all items within 10 business days after final design approval and receipt of payment. Tax
Orders shipped to Ohio will have the applicable sales tax rate based on the purchaser’s county specific tax. Residents of other states outside of Ohio are not charged sales tax. Please follow your State’s tax guidelines regarding payment of sales tax on out of state purchases.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal for payment. If you wish, you may also pay by check or money order payable to CustomJack.com, LTD.
